  • Our first session is also known as an intake assessment where we will go through a series of questions to get to know you and develop a treatment plan together. We will discuss therapy goals and expectations. Often we will commence the treatment plan so we get you some momentum in reaching your goals.

  • Yes. We work with high performers/ achievers who want to optimise peak performance such as:

  • Performance psychologists are trained as general psychologists first and have a special interest in performance. If you are looking at improving performance in sport, work, and life or improving team culture in your workplace/ sporting club performance psychology could be for you.
