We offer one on one performance psychology sessions targeted at athletes, coaches, referees, executives, medical professionals, lawyers, and other high performance individuals looking to optimise performance.

We offer both in person and telehealth appointments.

Workshops, events, and athlete Q&A’s

We offer workshops to athletes from grassroots level to elite and professional level. We also offer executive and team building workshops. Workshops are interactive and include mental skills and resources to optimise different performance areas.

We offer mental skills training for businesses/ teams/ schools/ sports clubs/ gyms and more.

We also offer athlete Q&A’s with national level sprinter, Courtney Geraghty who provides inspiring and educational content.
